As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the high standards of a responsible employer, we have recently signed up to the Welsh Government’s Code of Practice on Ethical Employment in Supply Chains.

Demonstrating our commitment to workers around the world, we will only trade with those that share our common belief that all should be paid a fair wage in good conditions without the fear of mistreatment.

This way, it is expected as more businesses join by signing up to the code, the economic downturn experienced by unscrupulous employers will be impacted as customers shop elsewhere.

This in turn will encourage workplace change, improving the standards and conditions for millions of workers across the globe.
